Junior Marketing & Social Media Assistant

About the role

SunPro Media is seeking a Junior Marketing, Social Media & Creative Assistant to support its growing team. Based in the Helderberg area, you will work in a hybrid setting, helping both internal projects and client campaigns while gaining exposure to a wide range of digital marketing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media content ideas, post concepts and basic visual assets.
• Design graphics using Figma, Adobe tools or similar platforms.
• Schedule and publish content across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and other channels.
• Assist with ad copy for paid campaigns and maintain content calendars.
• Prepare client updates, marketing reports and support campaign administration.
• Update website content and learn platforms such as Shopify, HubSpot, WordPress and related CRM/automation tools.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms.
• Basic eye for design and layout.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, stay organised and accept feedback.
