Junior Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join Radisson Hotel Group’s Marketing team. The role supports the creation and execution of campaigns that align with hotel goals and the brand’s “Every Moment Matters” promise.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns that reflect hotel objectives and brand strategy.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, promotions, and digital content.
• Support the hotel’s digital presence, including website updates, social media activity, and online listings.
• Assist in organizing events, promotions, and partnerships to boost awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, analysing website traffic, social metrics and guest feedback.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and managing marketing budgets.
• Work with external agencies and vendors on marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
