Junior Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Mi Casa Coffee is seeking a dynamic Junior Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing strategies and brand activations. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on a variety of campaigns within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) coffee sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product promotions.
• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Create engaging captions, visuals and basic designs using tools such as Canva.
• Support in‑store and on‑site activations, tastings and promotional events.
• Help roll out new product launches and limited‑edition campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor research within the coffee industry.
• Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with designers, printers and external suppliers.
• Assist with email marketing and website updates.
• Ensure branding consistency across all platforms and materials.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous for events).
• Passion for coffee and the FMCG industry.
• Energetic, proactive, self‑motivated and willing to work occasional weekends or events.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
