Junior Management Couple – Lodge Operations

About the role

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a dynamic junior management couple to join its intimate lodge in Waterberg, South Africa. The pair will work side‑by‑side with experienced staff to deliver memorable guest experiences and ensure smooth daily operations in a live‑in environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct guided walks and drives, prioritising guest safety and sharing wildlife knowledge.
• Assist with routine lodge maintenance and upkeep as needed.
• Manage front‑of‑house activities, including guest arrivals, departures and administrative tasks.
• Provide warm, professional hosting and support kitchen or food‑service coordination.
• Collaborate with the lodge team to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• One partner must hold a Trails Guide qualification, a valid driver’s licence and preferably some maintenance ability.
• The second partner should have a chef qualification (advantageous) or strong front‑of‑house and administrative experience.
• Both candidates must be team‑oriented, flexible and able to thrive in a live‑in lodge setting.
