Junior Internal Sales Consultant

About the role

Bearing Corporation is looking for a motivated Junior Internal Sales Consultant to join its sales team in Johannesburg. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, quotations and order processing while supporting the broader sales and logistics functions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat business internally and acquire new customers through multiple channels.
• Handle customer enquiries received via telephone and email and provide timely, professional quotations.
• Process purchase orders accurately and follow up on quotations and potential orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and act as the main contact for queries about stock levels, lead times and order status.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to prioritize urgent orders and resolve delivery or collection issues.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• 2‑3 years of experience in internal sales or sales support.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and solve problems proactively.
• Excellent computer and telephone handling skills, strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Multilingual ability is an advantage and reliable personal transport is required.
