Sales Representative – Western Cape

About the role

The client, a leading medical devices and healthcare company, is looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow specialised portfolios across Gastrointestinal, Respiratory, Endo Therapy, Infection Prevention and Capital Equipment solutions in the Western Cape region. The role focuses on revenue growth, strong customer relationships and delivering clinical value within hospital environments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets for medical device and capital equipment portfolios.
• Develop and execute territory plans, identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Provide product demonstrations, in‑servicing, clinical support and training to healthcare professionals.
• Support capital equipment sales processes, including quotations, negotiations, tenders and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, hospital management and key opinion leaders.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Medical Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Sales or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare environment.
• Proven track record in endoscopy, infection prevention or capital equipment sales.
• Experience working with both public and private healthcare sectors.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and meet sales targets.
