Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing and brand communications across digital, print, social media, retail, events, e‑commerce and internal channels. The role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects while developing your design skills within established brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt marketing collateral for digital and print platforms, including social media assets, email graphics, website banners, presentations, POS materials and event collateral.
• Resize and reformat artwork for multiple channels and support seasonal campaign rollouts.
• Prepare files for print production and digital distribution, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage assigned design tasks, meet agreed timelines and maintain organized file structures with version control.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to interpret briefs, track project deadlines using Planner and internal tools, and participate in creative reviews.
• Maintain high design standards, proofread artwork and keep brand assets and templates up to date.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience (preferred) with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Excellent layout, typography and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to receive constructive feedback.
