Junior Foreman - Western Cape

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Foreman to join our construction team in the Western Cape. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site operations and manage site personnel.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to required standards.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on the site.
• Report progress and issues to project management.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years proven experience as a foreman.
• Matric qualification; Red Seal Certificate and MBA are advantageous.
• Residency in the Western Cape.
• Practical experience on both commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and workmanship standards.
• Ability to supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily site activities while meeting timelines.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, health and safety regulations, and on‑site compliance requirements.
