About the role

We are looking for a Junior Attorney to join our specialist Wills & Trusts department in Pretoria. The role offers the opportunity to work with experienced solicitors and develop expertise in estate planning.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review and finalise wills, trusts and related legal documents.
Provide legal advice to clients on estate planning matters.
Assist senior attorneys with client consultations and case management.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Required profile

LLB qualification completed.
Minimum 2 years post‑article experience.
Knowledge of wills and trusts legislation is advantageous.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

Legal research and drafting.
Understanding of South African estate law.
