Main Missions

• Support the delivery of large-scale transformation projects focused on people and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Managers and Senior Managers to solve complex workforce challenges.
• Conduct in-depth research, industry benchmarking, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including professional reports, presentations, frameworks, and communication materials.
• Participate in stakeholder engagement through workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions.
• Contribute to diverse areas such as workforce strategy, organizational design, cultural transformation, change management, and talent management.
