Junior Account Executive – Remote B2B SaaS Sales

About the role
We are looking for a Junior Account Executive / Closing ADR who treats pipeline generation as a growth engine. This hybrid position splits time between outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, with full‑cycle ownership of SMB deals.
Key responsibilities
- Generate outbound pipeline (≈50%): build multi‑touch sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn; conduct researched cold calls; use ZoomInfo and AI tools to spot buying signals.
- Qualify inbound leads (≈50%): respond quickly to demo requests and content‑driven leads, book discovery calls for senior AEs, and act as the human decision point for complex prospects.
- Close SMB deals end‑to‑end: run discovery, deliver demos, negotiate and sign contracts for deals under $5K; collaborate with senior AEs on larger opportunities.
Required profile
- Native or professional‑level English communication.
- At least 2 years of outbound‑focused B2B sales experience, including cold calling.
- Experience in B2B tech or SaaS; background selling to HR, People, Culture, or Corporate Operations teams is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections and build rapport.
Required skills
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, UserGems.
- Experience using AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) for outreach automation and insight generation.
