About the role
Senwes Equipment is looking for an organised, customer-focused Job Card Clerk to join its workshop team in Hartbeesfontein. As the administrative backbone of the workshop, you will handle paperwork and information so that equipment moves smoothly through the service process.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain job cards
- Capture service information
- Process claims documentation
- Monitor maintenance records
- Communicate with customers about repair progress
- Ensure all workshop documentation is accurate and complete
- Work closely with technicians, the Workshop Manager and the parts department
Required profile
- National Senior Certificate
- Valid Code 8 driver's licence
- 1-2 years of administration experience
- Previous exposure to agricultural equipment, workshop administration or service environments is advantageous
