IT Technical Support Agent – First-Line Support

About the role

Join a fast‑growing IT solutions provider as a First‑Line Support Technician. You will be the primary point of contact for users in South Africa and abroad, delivering remote troubleshooting and occasional on‑site assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log all incoming IT support tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues for end‑users.
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams and Outlook.
• Perform password resets, user account creation and permission management.
• Handle basic network cabling and on‑site tickets when required.
• Maintain accurate ticket records in the support system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a first‑line IT technical support role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
• Residency in the Upper Highway area is preferred.
