About the role
We are looking for an Information Technology Support professional to join the IT Support team at a Feltex manufacturing site. The role provides timely IT assistance to ensure computer systems, software, networks and equipment run smoothly for business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide effective and timely IT support to end‑users.
- Ensure computer systems, software, networks and IT equipment operate efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Assist with system installations, upgrades and configuration.
- Deliver excellent customer service to users.

- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Technical knowledge of IT systems and networks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
