IT Support Engineer – Pretoria East

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT Services team in Pretoria East. The role involves providing remote and occasional onsite support to a variety of client environments while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote and occasional onsite IT support for multiple clients.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments.
• Maintain Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
• Support Hyper‑V and Proxmox virtualization platforms.
• Manage hosting environments using WHM/cPanel.
• Assist with FortiGate firewall administration and cybersecurity tasks.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and participate in after‑hours server maintenance when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of IT support experience.
• Previous experience in an MSP or outsourced IT support environment is highly advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client environments.

What we offer

• Salary range R30,000 – R35,000 per month
