About the role
We are seeking a passionate IT Support Engineer to join a leading South African fashion retailer. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical assistance and customer service to users across the Head Office and divisional locations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support to end‑users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and configure desktop computers, printers and peripheral devices.
- Document incidents and solutions in the support ticket system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure service continuity.

- Technically minded with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Accountable and focused on long‑term performance and reliability.
