IoT and Systems Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled IoT and Systems Specialist to lead the integration and management of IoT devices within our proprietary platform. The role involves designing IoT processes, developing client‑focused solutions, and ensuring reliable operation of edge and mobile systems.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain IoT sensors and edge devices (RFID, BLE, LTE, GPS, NFC, etc.).
• Monitor device connectivity, performance, and security, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Support Windows desktop infrastructure, performing updates and maintenance.
• Gather client requirements, design end‑to‑end processes, and collaborate with developers to implement specifications.
• Implement communication protocols such as serial, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, mesh, and ensure seamless integration.
• Utilise GPS technology for location‑based services and mapping applications.
• Design hardware solutions, evaluate components, and manage mobile device integration including barcode scanning.
• Contribute to app software design, focusing on functional and user‑friendly interfaces.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IoT systems management and integration.
• Proven track record with edge devices, mobile systems, and hardware evaluation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and development teams.
