About the role
The Senior Business Analyst will provide end‑to‑end business analysis services to the programme, focusing on business optimisation and delivering appropriate ICT solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end business analysis services to the programme.
- Define and document business requirements for ICT solutions.
- Support business optimisation through effective information management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g., BCom Informatics, BSc Informatics, BTech).
- Diploma in Business Analysis.
- 5–8 years’ experience in business analysis.
- Working knowledge of information‑management methodologies.
- Casewise Foundation Certificate (preferred).
Required skills
- Data Collection, Data Management, Data Analysis, Data Orchestration, Meta Data Management, Dimensional Analysis & Reporting.
- Agile methodology.
- Casewise Foundation knowledge.
