iOS Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on building and maintaining native iOS applications that serve millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug native iOS apps using Swift and Objective‑C.
• Integrate new features and optimise existing functionality for performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define and implement API integrations.
• Maintain high code quality through unit testing, code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience building native iOS applications from scratch.
• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks including UIKit, Core Data and SwiftUI.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing and third‑party library integration.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment using tools like Jira or Trello.
