Investor Services Manager

About the role

Apex Group is seeking an Investor Services Manager to join its Alternative Assets team. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will support a small team of administrators and ensure high‑quality service for investors across the firm’s global platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Managers, Associate Directors and other staff to deliver seamless investor services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for investor queries, coordinating with legal and finance teams to review and approve related materials.
• Respond to and review investor‑service queries from investors, clients, consultants and auditors.
• Proactively manage daily workflow, meeting high standards and agreed deadlines.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, clients and internal operational areas.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and processes.
• Maintain accurate internal database records of investor/client information.
• Oversee investor onboarding, including collection and upkeep of KYC documentation.
• Support ad‑hoc projects, team administration and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Perform any other duties required by the division.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in business, law, finance or a related field (advantageous).
• Previous experience in compliance, trust or fund environments.
• Proven track record in a customer‑facing role delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
