Investment Reporting Accountant

About the role

We are Growth Lending, a fast‑growing credit provider that partners with innovative companies, offering facilities from £2m to £20m. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth in a high‑performance, high‑growth environment, supporting the core deliverables of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily/monthly income and bank reconciliations.
• Manage proactive cash forecasting.
• Execute waterfall calculations and handle drawdowns.
• Provide compliance oversight across entity activities.
• Assist with both investor and statutory reporting.
• Take on a variety of ad‑hoc tasks and projects to broaden expertise.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Accounting, Finance or a highly relevant field with a strong academic record.
• At least one prior role in a relevant accounting or finance environment.
• Actively pursuing a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., SAICA, CIMA, ACCA) or able to demonstrate equivalent professional preparation.
• Exceptional accuracy, smart application of financial principles, and a self‑motivated, eager‑to‑learn mindset.
