About the role
The agricultural business needs a detail‑oriented Inventory Controller to oversee stock across multiple farm stores in Letsitele, Limpopo. You will ensure accurate records, reconcile inventories and manage supplies such as chemicals, fertiliser and diesel.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain inventory records using Pastel and Microsoft Excel.
- Verify and capture stock movements from several farm stores.
- Control inventory of chemicals, fertiliser, diesel and general farm supplies.
- Process receipts, issues, transfers and adjustments, including Goods Received Vouchers.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations and physical counts.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages and investigate variances.
- Record diesel usage and ensure safe storage of inventory.
- Assist with month‑end procedures and inventory audits.
Required profile
- Grade 12 with Mathematics.
- Previous experience in inventory or stock control.
- Strong numerical and organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Pastel accounting software
