Inventory Control Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Control Analyst ensures the security, accuracy, and accountability of site inventory. You will manage transaction documentation, verify processes, and review systems to keep physical stock aligned with digital records.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and improve replenishment strategies for all site functions.
• Lead physical stock counts and resolve data discrepancies.
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to guarantee quality.
• Perform ERP transactional receipting for lot‑tracked and non‑lot‑tracked inventory.
• Retrieve and file supporting documentation (delivery notes, invoices, POs, CoAs, CoCs) for QMS compliance.
• Track monthly monetary value of direct inventory materials.
• Allocate warehoused materials to internal requestors and complete matching ERP transactions.
• Receive, inspect, prioritize, and distribute direct/indirect materials, laboratory supplies, and raw materials.
• Label, manage, and optimize laboratory inventory and consumables.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, logging, routing, and validation with technical teams or Quality Assurance.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Knowledge of ISO and QMS compliance procedures.
• Proficiency in inventory control and stock reconciliation.
