Internal Technical & Production Specialist

About the role

SAOTA is looking for an Internal Technical & Production Specialist to support the delivery of high‑quality architectural projects across its global portfolio. The role blends project‑based technical expertise with system improvement, mentorship, and coordination across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams (structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, etc.) and support team leaders.
• Own design and development deliverables, ensuring timely, high‑quality output.
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors, architects of record, and clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Provide technical solutions from concept design through construction, producing accurate drawings, 3D models, renders, videos, and technical packages.
• Mentor junior staff on coordination, advanced materials, and sophisticated building systems.
• Implement and maintain internal technical systems, tools, platforms, and workflows to streamline delivery.
• Uphold SAOTA’s standards, document management protocols, and quality‑assurance processes.

Required profile

• A degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years on multidisciplinary projects.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and a passion for continuous improvement.
