Internal Sales Administrator – Sales Support Role

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented multitasker with a passion for customer satisfaction and teamwork. Join the dynamic sales team as an Internal Sales Administrator, playing a key role in driving smooth operations, supporting sales activities, and delivering exceptional service to valued customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions in the company’s database.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, warehouse, and marketing) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and ensure resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal sales processes and provide feedback to the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Pastel.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Knowledge of the overlanding/outdoor industry is a plus (but not required).
