Internal Sales Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous, compliance‑driven professional to act as the gatekeeper of our sales pipeline. In this fast‑paced environment you will pre‑vet equipment rental applications, build audited files and drive finance approvals to accelerate business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pre‑vetting and application file creation by analysing customer requests against funder criteria, collecting and verifying documents, and compiling audited packages for credit assessment.
• Manage deal generation and handoff by issuing formal requests for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to the Contracts Administrator and cross‑checking them with funder approval terms.
• Collect and vet documentation, following up with field sales representatives to ensure complete, legible onboarding paperwork and assembling customised document packets for each funder.
• Maintain real‑time pipeline management and logistics tracking by updating central tracker sheets, processing orders into internal systems, and coordinating equipment installations with Technical and Logistics teams.
• Prepare and distribute reporting, including the Daily Sales Report, monthly expenditure and client claim tracking, and weekly statistical sales reports for management.
• Ensure general compliance and archiving by keeping organised physical and electronic filing systems, encrypting and protecting sensitive customer financial records.
