Internal Rec2Rec Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Rec2Rec Consultant to drive our internal recruitment strategy across UK and US offices. This fully remote position, based in South Africa, focuses on attracting top recruitment talent and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to gather detailed role briefs and support recruitment planning.
• Design and manage advertising campaigns to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Proactively source talent through headhunting and direct outreach.
• Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, assessing suitability and cultural fit.
• Manage the offer process, references, and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Support employer branding initiatives and build talent pipelines for future needs.
• Produce recruitment reports, market insights, and conduct competitor analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience in an agency or internal recruitment environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• Confident communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented approach with solid stakeholder management.
• Commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and independent work ethic.
• Professional, confidential, and diplomatic demeanor.
