Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to shape how MRI Software connects with its global workforce. Reporting to the Content Manager and working closely with the VP of Brand & Market Influence, you will create clear, engaging communications that keep employees informed, aligned, and inspired across all internal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver impactful internal communications via emails, newsletters, leadership updates and other business communications.
• Adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences, senior leaders and various contexts.
• Manage the communications calendar to ensure timely, high‑impact delivery.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to support change communications and organisational updates.
• Develop presentations, talk tracks, speaker notes and scripts for town halls, all‑hands meetings and leadership briefings.
• Own and continuously improve the SharePoint intranet experience, ensuring content is accurate, accessible and user‑friendly.
• Act as a key owner of SharePoint, building and managing content that supports internal campaigns.
• Use data and engagement insights to optimise channel effectiveness and enhance employee experience.

Required profile

• Confident, detail‑driven communicator with the ability to write for senior leaders.
• Proven experience adapting messaging for varied audiences and simplifying complex information.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to act as a trusted communications partner across the business.
• Ability to work within UK working hours (Monday‑Friday) and thrive in a hybrid environment.
