About the role

SPARK Schools is seeking enthusiastic Intern Teachers to develop their instructional skills under the guidance of a mentor teacher. Interns will co‑plan and co‑teach lessons, support scholar achievement, and gain hands‑on experience with the school’s blended learning model.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑plan and co‑teach both in‑person and distance‑learning lessons.
• Design and deliver select lessons for practice and feedback.
• Support assessments, grade small tasks or homework, and assist with marking.
• Facilitate academic clubs, enrichment activities, and place‑based education aligned with the curriculum.
• Implement project‑based learning, personalised teaching through data‑driven decisions, and differentiated instruction using technology.
• Lead coding and robotics lessons.
• Assist with data tracking, scholar progress monitoring, and creation of personalised learning plans.
• Participate in professional development, mentorship sessions, and instructional coaching.
• Provide teacher administrative support and report hardware damages.
