The Student Registration Advisor role is designed to increase RE5 Online’s student registrations by guiding warm enquiries through the full decision and registration process. It focuses on student guidance, product explanation, follow‑up, registration support and professional communication to ensure each student is matched with the most suitable preparation option and enjoys a positive first experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide warm enquiries through the complete decision and registration journey.
• Provide clear explanations of RE5 Online’s products and preparation options.
• Conduct follow‑up communications and support students during registration.
• Match each student with the most suitable RE5 or RE1 preparation pathway.
• Maintain professional communication to deliver a positive first experience.
