• Assist buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction process.
• Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and comparative market studies (CMAs).
• Arrange and host property viewings and open houses.
• Negotiate offers and help finalize contracts between parties.
• Stay updated on market trends, local conditions, and legal regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster long‑term relationships and referrals.
• Collaborate with conveyancing attorneys, bond originators, and other industry professionals.

Required profile

• Quick learner with practical problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven, and able to work without micromanagement.
