Intermediate Full Stack Developer

About the role

Network IT is seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join its dynamic development team in Johannesburg North. The role offers the chance to work across the entire software development lifecycle, contributing to business automation systems while collaborating in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable business automation solutions.
• Participate in all SDLC phases: requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Build and expose RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
• Integrate internal applications with third‑party platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve production performance issues.
• Support coding standards, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Scrum ceremonies.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Relational (MSSQL) and non‑relational (Cosmos DB) databases
• Message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus
