Integration Analyst – Senior (Hybrid)

About the role

The Integration Analyst will work directly with customers to uncover automation opportunities, design integration solutions, and ensure clients maximise the value of their subscription. This senior, hybrid role blends business analysis, technical integration expertise, and client collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to analyse systems, understand workflows and identify integration opportunities.
• Run discovery and requirements workshops to capture technical and business needs.
• Propose, document and present tailored integration solutions.
• Assist with data and process modelling, transformation mapping and best‑practice configuration.
• Provide hands‑on support during integration design, build and optimisation phases.
• Collaborate with internal Solution Engineering and support teams to drive value realisation.
• Lead post‑implementation reviews to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, platform feedback and product evolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Finance (or equivalent).
• 4‑6 years experience as an integration analyst, business systems analyst or implementation consultant.
• Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, Syspro) and finance process flows.
• Relevant ERP or iPaaS certifications (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, Flowgear, Workday).
• Proven ability to lead client‑facing workshops and design sessions independently.

Required skills

• ERP systems: Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, Syspro.
• iPaaS platforms and low‑code/no‑code visual designers.
• Scripting or API development exposure.
• API concepts: REST, SOAP, GraphQL.
• Data formats: JSON, XML.
