Insurance Advisor Assistant – Louis Trichardt

About the role

The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to insurance advisors, supporting both personal and commercial lines. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, helping retain customers and generate referrals while following established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM systems, including MyPractice and MyBase.
• Perform general administration and compliance duties.
• Prepare quotations for new and existing clients.
• Issue new policies, renewals and endorsements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Accurately record client details in relevant systems.
• Assist with and handle insurance claims.
• Contribute to a strong team culture focused on accountability and results.

Required profile

• Matric (NQ4) with a Level 4 Certificate in Short‑Term Insurance.
• 3–5 years of short‑term insurance experience.
• Experience working with both personal and commercial lines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Willingness to relocate to Louis Trichardt.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from R25 000 to R30 000 per month, dependent on experience.
