Insurance Adviser Development Programme – Short Term Adviser Assistant

About the role

This is a graduate development programme for individuals interested in the short‑term insurance sector. Over an 18‑month period you will be trained and mentored by experienced financial advisers and the regional manager at a brokerage based in Bredasdorp, Western Cape.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Prepare quotations for new and existing clients.
• Issue new policies, handle renewals and endorsements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Record all relevant details in the company’s systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Investments, Financial Planning, Law, Financial Sciences, Investment Management or Economics.
• Strong aspiration to build a career in short‑term insurance.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Bredasdorp.
• South African citizenship.
