In‑Store Sales Executive

About the role

Join the sales team of a well‑known South African furniture manufacturer and represent the Truewood brand in one of our Gauteng showrooms. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them find the perfect pieces while delivering the high‑service standards the company is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain visual standards of the store and ensure displays are stocked and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle any after‑sales queries.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet store targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Uphold Truewood’s brand values and promote the company’s reputation for quality and service.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Experience in furniture retail is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, team‑oriented and strong people skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
