Influencer Marketing Assistant – TikTok Focus

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and organized Influencer Marketing Assistant to support TikTok‑focused campaigns. You will help shape brand‑aligned content, manage creator relationships, and contribute to customer engagement in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose relevant content ideas.
• Maintain the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators and internal teams.
• Research, shortlist, and outreach potential influencers for collaborations.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers.
• Log communications and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, content pipelines, and influencer relationships.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
