Industrial Refrigeration Sales Specialist

About the role

Jelocorp is looking for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Sales Specialist to drive growth in the industrial refrigeration market. You will work closely with large‑scale industrial customers, understand their cooling needs, and propose tailored refrigeration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of industrial refrigeration systems and solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue them within target sectors such as cold storage, food processing, and dairy.
• Manage and nurture existing customer relationships, conducting technical and commercial consultations.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, guiding projects from enquiry to award.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct site visits and assessments, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Achieve agreed sales and business‑development targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial refrigeration sales, technical sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration applications, including ammonia and/or Freon systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage industrial customer relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
