Industrial Flooring Project Manager / Site Agent

About the role

We are a global industrial flooring solutions provider seeking an experienced Industrial Flooring Project Manager / Site Agent to lead projects in the East Rand area. You will be the main point of contact for clients and oversee all on‑site activities to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Maintain client communication, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor workmanship, quality and compliance with specifications.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and report progress to senior management.
• Oversee implementation of ISO 19001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in a flooring applications company.
• Strong knowledge of industrial flooring systems and construction processes.
