In-House Trainer

About the role

CTE is seeking an experienced In-House Trainer to design and deliver practical training programmes for internal teams across warehouse management, procurement, logistics and other business processes. The role focuses on upskilling staff, closing skills gaps and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal training programmes for warehouse, procurement, logistics and related departments.
• Create training materials, guides and supporting documentation.
• Identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
• Facilitate onboarding and refresher sessions for new and existing employees.
• Monitor training progress and provide feedback to management.
• Promote best practice, compliance and continuous improvement across operational teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a training, facilitation or staff development role.
• Experience in warehouse management, procurement, logistics or operations is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to adapt training to different skill levels and teams.
• Organised, professional and detail‑oriented.
