Implementation Partner Manager

The Implementation Partner Manager will lead strategic initiatives that improve implementation effectiveness, operational readiness, and delivery outcomes across our partner network. Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance implementation effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
• Drive improvement programmes across partner networks and internal operational teams.
• Manage cross‑functional projects from planning through execution and post‑implementation review.
• Serve as the primary liaison between implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support partner onboarding, operational integration, governance, and enablement.
• Monitor implementation quality, operational performance, and delivery consistency.
• Handle escalations, coordinate resolutions, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend long‑term process improvements.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, governance frameworks, SOPs, and reporting structures.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and strategic planning sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation, operations, programme management, partner management, or strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects in complex operational environments.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
