Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding (Global)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end onboarding of B2B clients worldwide. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the configuration of our procurement and financial platform and ensuring a smooth transition to a live, operational system.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to Go‑Live, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct discovery workshops to map client procurement and finance processes into customized platform workflows.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, data migration (vendor lists, budgets, catalogs) and technical alignment.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions and onboarding sprints to enable client teams to operate the solution independently.
• Create structured enablement assets such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides and short instructional videos.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and QA teams to resolve technical blockers and channel client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Fluent English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience handling data validation, mapping and metrics.
• Comfortable guiding corporate clients through change management and process transformation.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and validation.
• Understanding of API integrations and technical troubleshooting.
