Hybrid Medical Sales Representative - Coastal Region

About the role

P&G is hiring a Hybrid Medical Sales Representative for its Coastal Region, covering the Eastern Cape, KZN and Western Cape. The role reports to a Regional Sales Manager and sits in a sales team where trust, team spirit, a passion for winning and leadership matter. It is a full-time position based in the Johannesburg General Office.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales through close, regular interaction with assigned customers and by developing new projects that meet sales objectives.
• Make calls on existing or potential customers and act as the company's representative on all matters concerning product and service delivery.
• Stay up to date on new products and services and keep improving product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Turn field and customer insights into actionable information for building the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (advantageous) in the medical field with an excellent academic background.
• 0-5 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience or training in pharmacy, specifically in field sales, trade marketing and sales management in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in English.
• A car and a valid driver's licence, and flexibility to relocate as assignments may require.
