Hybrid Guest Relations Coordinator

About the role

The Hybrid Guest Relations Coordinator will be the primary liaison between guests and the game reserve, ensuring a seamless experience from reservation through departure. This role blends guest relations, reservations management, spa coordination, and switchboard duties, with a hybrid work model that combines remote administrative tasks and on‑site guest interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay, handling check‑ins, orientations, and departures.
• Manage all accommodation reservations, respond to enquiries via phone, email and online channels, and maintain accurate booking records.
• Coordinate spa and wellness appointments, promote packages, and ensure therapist availability.
• Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and maintain professional communication standards.
• Support game reserve management with guest arrival/departure logistics and feedback collection.
• Assist marketing and guest‑engagement initiatives and keep CRM data up to date.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, lodge operations, hotel reservations or tourism.
• Preferably semi‑retired hospitality coordinator or similar background.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage guest expectations.
