About the role
A hospital in Harrismith is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner within its Human Resources department. The role provides a full HR generalist function to the relevant business unit(s), covering recruitment, performance management, industrial relations, HRIS, employee engagement, career and talent management, succession planning, the BBBEE scorecard, quality reviews, line management support and financial efficiencies.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
- Relevant 3-year HR degree or HR BTech degree
- 2 to 3 years in a generalist human resources role (essential)
- Experience in a private hospital environment (a must)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
