Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with leaders across our practices. In this hands‑on position you will blend employee engagement, coaching, people analytics and HR best practice to enhance the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify people, culture and development needs within their teams.
• Support and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Analyse employee feedback and HR data to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement practical support plans that positively impact teams and practices.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of recruitment, staff change and fixed‑term contract documentation.
• Present monthly HR statistics and translate them into meaningful business insights.
• Contribute to key annual HR projects such as salary increases, bonus processes, employee surveys and skills development submissions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and add value across the business.

Required profile

• Relevant HR qualification (National Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management).
• Minimum five years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of South African labour legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication abilities.
• Curious, question‑driven and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
