Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will own the employee lifecycle for our global team, primarily located in South Africa and the United States. This fully remote role partners with managers, employees, and external legal/HR advisors to ensure compliance, development, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Operate within a global framework, supporting teams across South Africa, the United States, Canada, the U.K., and other regions.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, adjusting to varying schedules and priorities.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and promote equitable hiring practices aligned with Employment Equity objectives.
• Support onboarding, integration, and employee branding initiatives to position TydeCo as an employer of choice.
• Identify development needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and support career and succession planning.
• Oversee performance management, employee relations, policy administration, and people‑operations processes.
• Partner with external legal and HR advisors to ensure regulatory compliance.
