Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to lead people strategy, employee relations and HR excellence within a fast‑paced BPO/contact centre environment. The role works closely with operations and senior leadership to drive performance, engagement, compliance and talent management across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to implement HR strategy and best practices.
• Coach and support HR teams and line managers.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes and industrial relations matters.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement and related initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
• Support succession planning and talent development.
• Oversee HR administration, reporting and compliance.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• HR Diploma or degree (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• At least 2 years in a people‑management role.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (LRA, EEA, BBBEE, SDA, NQF, BCEA).
• Experience in a BPO or contact centre environment is advantageous.
