Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resource Business Partner acts as the primary HR advisor for site leadership and employees, delivering strategic and operational HR support to drive business objectives. This role focuses on talent management, performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into effective people strategies.
• Provide strategic HR consultation on workforce planning, organisational design, talent and succession management, and change initiatives.
• Coach leaders on people management, organisational effectiveness, and leadership capability.
• Offer expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and conflict matters.
• Facilitate performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new hires.
• Maintain organisational structures, job descriptions, and HR information systems data.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and audit requirements.
• Analyse workforce data, produce HR reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate on HR projects, system implementations, and organisational change initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
