Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

Super Group, a leading digital gaming company, is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to support its rapid growth across Africa. You will act as a strategic HR advisor, helping to attract, develop, retain and engage a diverse workforce while driving cultural change and delivering high‑impact HR programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, identify gaps, propose and implement changes, and support cultural initiatives.
• Talent Management: Work with the Talent team to attract and select top talent, ensure retention, succession planning and development plans aligned with business needs.
• Employee Relations: Partner with managers to resolve employee relations and disciplinary issues, coordinate policy‑related queries and conduct investigations.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to business leaders to empower effective staff management and development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering within a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to drive cultural change and implement HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
